My week in Avila

This week I went to Avila beach with my family.  My favorite part was when I boogie-boarded. We stayed in a two-story house.  I slept in a room with my brother.  We saw fireworks but they were in the distance.  When we would go to the beach we would bring sand toys and we would either made a sand castle or dig a hole.   Dad made a corn hole game and it was awesome, and it looked awesome too.  When Dad was making the corn-hole game, we all put our handprint on it.  Mine was yellow. Dad got paints, we all chose a color, then he put it on a sheet of tin foil.  We put our hand in the paint, moved our hand a little, and then put our handprint on the wood.  Then I lifted up my hand and there was a heart in the middle of the paint on my hand.  And I thought that was pretty cool.  So I had Shannon take a picture of it and text it to Mom.

We came home on Friday and I'm excited to go back.

Swim Team

I do swim team every day except for the weekend. I think it is very fun to swim. For freestyle, I breathe every three strokes. For butterfly, I try to get a good pull down. For breaststroke, I kick up, out, around, together and I have to move both legs at the same time. For backstroke I try to keep straight legs.
